Discipline & Behavior
Helping every child grow with respect, responsibility, and readiness.
Our Philosophy
At The Learning Tree STEAM Academy, we view discipline as an opportunity for learning and growth, not punishment.
Our goal is to teach positive behavior, repair harm, and build a community based on fairness, kindness, and accountability.

We follow four guiding principles
Excellence first
students are encouraged to do their best in all areas.
Restorative approach
helping children understand and improve, not fear mistakes.
Consistency & fairness
clear expectations at every grade level.
Partnership with families
parents and teachers work together for each child’s success.
