Behavior Levels & Interventions
Tier 1
Minor behaviors
talking out of turn, late homework →
Verbal reminder, redirection, reteaching expectations, parent contact if repeated.

Moderate behaviors
disrespect, dishonesty, repeated defiance → parent call or meeting, reflection form, restorative conversation, detention, support plan.

Major behaviors
bullying, fighting, vandalism, threats → administrative referral, parent meeting, suspension, counseling, or restorative conference.

Teachers keep a record of recurring behaviors and contact parents after Tier 2 incidents.
